Hanuman Jayanti 2015 date based on Hindu Calendar - India Standard Time. Hanuman Jayanthi is the birthday of Lord Hanuman and it is observed on the full moon (Purnima) day in the Hindu month of Chaitra (March – April) as per traditional lunar Hindu calendar. In 2015, the date of Hanuman Jayanthi is April 4. Lord Hanuman is also known as Bajrang Bali and Anjaneya and is one of the most popular gods in Hinduism. Introduction to the Kanak Bhavan Temple, Ayodhya:
Popularly called Kanak Sone ki Mandir, the Kanak Bhawan Mandir, Ayodhya gets its name from the richly ornamented idols of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita. Kanak in Hindi means gold. This is according to popular legend, more authentic historical information say that Rani Krishnabhanu Kunwari of Orccha constructed this temple in 1891.
